Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. If the item is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, Maison Celune covers the approved return or replacement handling.
Hygiene-sensitive items
Used bathroom items, opened hygiene-sensitive goods and items missing essential packaging are not eligible for change-of-mind return.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after returned goods are checked or after a defect is verified by our support team.
